Insight Global is seeking a talented and experienced System Architect to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a robust technical foundation, emphasizing hands-on software development and the engineering of high-performance software solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge in the .NET ecosystem with a strong focus on cross-platform development.
- Exhibit proficiency in technologies such as Apache Pulsar, Microsoft Azure, C++, C#, Python, SQL, and NOSQL, with preferred experience in xUnit, Fluent Assertions, Blazor, Playwright, Mocks, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Specialize in developing cross-platform server and terminal applications utilizing the OneImlx.Terminal framework across various operating systems including Windows, Linux, and macOS.
- Design and implement complex, high-performance software platforms tailored for on-premises deployment.
- Develop, design, and maintain software solutions for clients in the semiconductor and technology sectors, focusing on control and communication with mechatronic systems.
- Lead initiatives to modernize existing software components, ensuring they meet current technological standards.
- Create a reliable and efficient cross-platform software infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance across diverse environments.
- Possess a thorough understanding of distributed messaging systems, network protocols, and data engineering principles.
- Actively engage in coding, designing, documenting, and serving as a technical liaison for clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 8 years of software development experience, with at least 5 years focused on .NET and C#.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in developing and deploying both on-premises and hybrid solutions.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale distributed messaging systems and optimize software data flows.
- Experience in translating technical visions into actionable technical documentation and developing solutions for diverse setups.
- Strong understanding of machine-to-machine communication, network configurations, security, data transfer protocols, multi-threading, and asynchronous programming.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience in developing software IDEs for semiconductor testing systems is a significant advantage.
- Prior experience with semiconductor testers and familiarity with specific platforms such as ActivATETM and Advantest 93000 SOC.
