Position Overview:

We are conducting a search for a Senior Engineering Program Manager who will spearhead some of the most talented engineering teams across various domains, including cameras, sensors, and VR, to create state-of-the-art products from inception to completion while navigating complex trade-offs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle, facilitating crucial decision-making processes.
  • Manage and oversee program budgets and timelines, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess agility, adaptability, and creativity to devise optimal solutions for critical products, ensuring the delivery of top-tier offerings in the market.

Work Arrangement:

This position will operate in a hybrid model, with relocation assistance available if needed.

Compensation:

The organization is offering a competitive salary range of $125K-$150K, along with bonuses and RSUs, potentially reaching a total compensation of up to $225K.
