**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and manage project plans that align with scope, timeline, and budget

**Required Qualifications, Training, and Education**

* Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, psychiatric nursing, or related field
* Three to five years of experience in a clinical leadership, consulting, or regulatory role
* Expert knowledge of regulatory bodies, preferably CARF and/or Joint Commission
* Strong clinical knowledge including biopsychosocial assessment and treatment planning
* Preferred licensure as a Clinical Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor, or similar
