Responsibilities- Supervise and manage a team of ultrasound technologists, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care and efficient department operations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and department performance.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Manage department budgets, resources, and personnel to ensure optimal use of resources and achieve department goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ultrasound technologies and techniques, ensuring our department remains at the forefront of diagnostic imaging.
Manatee Memorial Hospital is a 295-bed acute care hospital serving the citizens of Manatee, Sarasota, and surrounding counties. Our hospital has earned The Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval and is part of the Manatee Healthcare System. We offer a range of advanced healthcare services, including cardiac care, emergency services, surgery, and more.
Qualifications- Satisfactory completion of an approved Ultrasound School.
- 3 Years US experience
- CPR certified.
- Supervisory experience desired
- Registered and in good standing with ARDMS
- AAS preferred or equivalent clinical/administrative experience.
