Role Overview
The Home Services Project Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the management of our clients' residences. You will cultivate a trustworthy rapport with our clients, ensuring their home-related needs are prioritized and that their living experience is genuinely hassle-free. This involves close collaboration with our skilled technicians and service partners, delivering exceptional service throughout the customer experience. A solid understanding of home maintenance is essential for this position (for instance, if a client reports an issue with their garbage disposal, you should be able to guide the technician on potential troubleshooting steps).
Key Responsibilities
- Establish positive first impressions by conducting on-site onboarding visits in clients' homes.
- Manage 60-80 client relationships with meticulous attention to detail.
- Communicate proactively with clients regarding repairs, projects, and scheduling.
- Secure project opportunities on behalf of our clients (e.g., driveway sealing, HVAC installations, window replacements).
- Ensure our technicians adhere to the repair lists established by our clients.
- Address client issues and challenges promptly and with a client-focused approach.
- Assist with occasional special projects (e.g., recruiting and onboarding new service partners).
Qualifications
- Exceptional multitasking abilities.
- Outstanding communication skills with clients, team members, and management.
- Strong familiarity with home maintenance practices and trends is required.
- Experience in home construction, renovation, maintenance, or related fields is preferred.
- Outgoing personality with a genuine enjoyment of working with people.
- Proficient with technology (Google Apps, Excel, proprietary software).
- Self-driven and adept at problem-solving.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt on the job.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range of $55,000 - $65,000/year, based on experience.
