- Design and execute experiments to validate model performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in data science or a similar role.
- Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
- Experience with cloud computing environments and data/ML platforms.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI models and large language models.
- Expertise in advanced analytical techniques such as descriptive statistics, machine learning, optimization, pattern recognition, and cluster analysis.
- Strong understanding of the machine learning lifecycle, including feature engineering, training, validation, scaling, deployment, monitoring, and feedback loop.
