Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Server Management: Manage and maintain our server infrastructure, including Windows Server Operating Systems, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and TCP-IP.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues in a timely manner, using your analytical skills and technical expertise.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our employees, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their technical issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Documentation: Record all client inquiries and technical issues in our ticketing system, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our IT team to resolve technical issues, and provide support and guidance to our help desk staff.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP-IP, and PC hardware.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with people at various levels.
  • Education and Experience: 3+ years of experience in providing desktop support, with some experience in Level 2 or System Administration.
  • Certifications: Professional certifications such as HDI-DST, MCSA, or CompTIA A+ are a plus.
