Job Title: Forklift Operator

We are seeking a reliable and skilled forklift operator to join our team at Atlas Staffing in Otsego, MN.

Job Summary:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, operating a reach truck forklift and contributing to the smooth operation of our logistics operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate a reach truck forklift safely and efficiently to move materials and products within the warehouse
  • Perform tasks such as loading and unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and retrieving products
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals and deadlines
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • No prior experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations is essential
  • The ability to twist, bend, pull, push, and lift up to 60 pounds, as well as stand, walk, sit, use fingers, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, and crouch
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
