We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer II to join our team of talented IT professionals who share a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.

As a Software Engineer II, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software solutions within our business portfolio, utilizing your expertise in C#/.NET, APIs, and agile methodologies.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, Business Analysts, and UX designers to ensure software aligns with business requirements and user expectations.

Additionally, you will lead and participate in code reviews, sprint retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies to drive team improvement.

Experience with Azure, AWS, and/or Windows server is required, as well as experience working with SDLC software like Jira, Rally, etc.

This is a hybrid position that requires a minimum of 2 onsite days per week.

Locations: Atlanta (Sandy Springs), GA, Chattanooga TN, Columbia, SC, or Portland, ME.

We offer a competitive salary range of $73,300.00-$150,500.00, as well as a portfolio of benefits and rewards that are competitive and comprehensive, including healthcare benefits, insurance benefits, performance-based incentive plans, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan with an employer match up to 5% and an additional 4.5% contribution whether you contribute to the plan or not.
