Credentialing Coordinator

The Contracting Team at Centers Plan for Healthy Living is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Credentialing Assistant to support our contracting efforts. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our contracting processes.

• Support the contracting team by assisting with Single Case Agreements, Contracts, and other related documents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and documentation logs for incoming single case agreements and contracts.
• Communicate effectively with multiple departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Assist the team with daily assignments and tasks, prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communicate with healthcare providers to obtain signatures and ensure timely completion of contracts.

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Able to operate computer equipment and software.
