Position Overview

In this pivotal role, you will be essential to the academic and personal development of our students while leading the classroom team and ensuring effective collaboration among all staff members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) process, which encompasses IEP formulation, teamwork with multidisciplinary professionals, and completion of necessary documentation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to design and implement tailored educational services.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to classroom staff.
  • Uphold student confidentiality in accordance with agency policies, including FERPA and HIPAA regulations.
