Position Overview: The selected candidate will play a crucial role in managing customer interactions and ensuring satisfaction. This position involves administrative responsibilities necessary for creating service notifications and orders, facilitating customer service operations, and coordinating with various management and billing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints with a focus on delivering knowledgeable solutions.
- Support the operational needs of the business units while promoting positive public relations.
- Assist in cross-training initiatives to provide support across different business units.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a minimum of two years of experience in customer service or operational support.
- Proficient keyboarding skills (minimum of 35 words per minute) and a professional demeanor are essential.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, retail, sales, or utility services is preferred.
