Responsibilities- Programming Support: Collaborate with the study team to design, develop, and implement programming standards and tools, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Analysis and Reporting: Develop and execute statistical analysis plans, creating high-quality reports and visualizations to support study findings.
- Database Management: Design and maintain relational database structures, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including programming leads, statisticians, and study managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in quality control processes, ensuring adherence to company SOPs and guidelines.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAS programming, including Base, Stat, Macro, and Graph. Experience with relational database structures and reporting systems.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Life Science, or related field, with a minimum of 2 years of programming experience in a clinical data environment.
- Soft Skills: Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work in a global environment.
