Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-traffic, real-time enterprise applications using Java and Node.js
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Agile methodologies, design patterns, and software revision control systems
  • Gain experience in scaling applications and database infrastructure to meet business demands

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in open-source platforms
  • Expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, and Microsoft Bot Framework
  • Experience in building IVR bots using contact center software and natural language understanding platforms like Dialogflow, Rasa, and Botpress
  • Strong knowledge of JSON, Redis, MongoDB, Web Sockets, REST, and SOAP web services
  • Experience with authentication and authorization techniques, code documentation, and handover
  • Good knowledge of Python, AI, NLP, ML, Gen AI, and chatbots

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Git version control systems
  • Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Knowledge of Linux or Unix flavors

Education:

  • Graduate in Engineering or Master's in Computer Applications
