Job Description:
Synechron is seeking a Java Developer with proficiency in Core Java and microservices architecture to help us build responsive, scalable applications that operate within a complex distributed ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of Java's concurrency utilities, experience with Java Message Service (JMS) and Apache Kafka, as well as proficiency in Spring Boot and microservices-based architecture. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining Java applications with a focus on high availability, low latency, and scalability. They will also implement complex data processing pipelines using Kafka streams and manage distributed transactions. Additionally, they will design and develop microservices with Spring Boot, adhering to best practices in cloud-native development. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Java, including proficiency in Java Collections and concurrency concepts, as well as experience with JMS and message brokers like Apache Kafka. They will also have familiarity with distributed systems design patterns, such as saga patterns, and practical experience implementing such patterns. The successful candidate will be a team player who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of services. They will also participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and relevant banking domain experience is a plus.
