Position Overview:

The Project Manager will serve as the primary liaison for commercial projects from initiation to completion. This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction, overseeing project management, and coordinating various elements involved in delivering products and services across multiple locations. The individual will represent the company to clients and contractors, playing a vital role in our operations with ample growth potential. Travel to project sites is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of projects, ensuring safety, quality, budget adherence, and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage project launches and planning.
  • Handle multiple projects with diverse team structures, including self-perform and trade partners.
  • Maintain client relations through effective communication, reporting, and addressing inquiries.
  • Mentor and develop junior project management staff through hands-on training.
  • Ensure efficient project closeout processes.
  • Facilitate daily communication and coordination among Design, Manufacturing, and Construction teams.
  • Coordinate with departments such as shipping and logistics.
  • Manage project financials and oversee change management processes.
  • Communicate effectively with client project management teams.
  • Work with jobsite teams to plan logistics for installations and deliveries.
  • Manage site facilities and costs efficiently.
  • Document and share lessons learned for continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, internal teams, subcontractors, and local authorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams; quick to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to create and manage project schedules effectively.
  • Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capable of interpreting construction documents and identifying discrepancies.
  • General understanding of construction practices across various trades.
  • Proven ability to identify and implement process enhancements for projects.
