We are a contracted partner of the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) in Washington State, committed to providing direct client support services to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Our primary goal is to enable these individuals to lead fulfilling lives.
**Your Role as Programs Manager**
In this pivotal position, you will oversee general administrative duties and office procedures, creating a positive work environment that guarantees communication, organizational effectiveness, and safety. Your responsibilities will include streamlining operations, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
**Requirements**
- A minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Washington State Driver's License and a reliable vehicle.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- BA, MA, or Doctoral degree in psychology, sociology, social work, education, child development, or certified life skills coach.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and bookkeeping.
- Experience with system implementation and vendor management.
**Salary:** $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
