Staff Psychiatrist

We are seeking a Staff Psychiatrist to join our medical staff of over 80 collegial psychiatrists. The ideal candidate will provide a combination of inpatient and outpatient psychiatric services for adult patients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct clinical admission evaluations and subsequent care visits for inpatient patients
- Provide outpatient services, including initial evaluations, follow-up visits, and shared medical visits
- Consult with medical floors and complete timely documentation
- Supervise Advanced Practice Professionals in both inpatient and outpatient settings (if mutually agreed upon)
This is a 50% inpatient and 50% outpatient position with some flexibility for inpatient/outpatient split. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
