About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to join our team at Full Visibility. As an ISSO, you will play a critical role in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of classified systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain security controls in accordance with government regulations, including RMF and NIST 800-53.
  • Conduct continuous monitoring, vulnerability assessments, and risk analysis for national security systems.
  • Develop and update system security plans to ensure full compliance with government requirements.
  • Assist with security audits, inspections, and incident response.
  • Collaborate with security teams and stakeholders to address and resolve security concerns.
Requirements
  • Active Top Secret/SCI Eligible Clearance.
  • At least four (4+) years of experience in cybersecurity or risk management.
  • Knowledge of federal security frameworks, such as RMF, NIST 800-53, and CNSS policies.
  • Strong understanding of security risk management, vulnerability assessments, and incident response.
  • Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity-related field, or at least one certification requiring specialized experience and continuous learning in cybersecurity.
