Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all catering operations within a single location, focusing on:

  • Enhancing brand visibility and adhering to promotional schedules.
  • Developing and implementing catering strategies that align with sales and profit objectives.
  • Managing local content and boosting social media engagement with support from the Restaurant Support Center Marketing Team.
  • Identifying and executing sales-enhancing initiatives, including community engagement and grassroots opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A pursuit of a degree in Catering, Advertising, Communications, or related fields.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
  • Understanding of brand development and local sales initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive work ethic.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while influencing stakeholders.
  • A commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and self-responsibility.
  • Flexibility to work outside the restaurant as needed for catering activities.
