We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant in Wilton, California.

Job Summary:

Soliant is a leading provider of staffing solutions for the healthcare industry, and we are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to work in our school-based setting in Wilton, CA.

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program and a valid SLP license or certification in California. A Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, Diagnose, and Treat: Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's specific needs.
  • Provide Direct Therapy Services: Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups, in accordance with the treatment plan.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom environment.
  • Participate in IEP Meetings: Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, contributing to the development and review of student-specific goals and objectives.
  • Monitor Progress: Monitor and document student progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid SLP License or Certification: Valid SLP license or certification in California.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC): Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA is preferred.
  • Experience Working in a School Setting: Experience working in a school setting is an advantage.
