UofL Health is investing in the health of Bullitt County and the surrounding area with an expansion of UofL Health Medical Center South to become an inpatient hospital.

Job Summary

As a RN House Manager, you will supervise the activity of all departments, including professional and technical staff. You will serve as the highest-ranking administrator in the hospital after hours and overnight on weekdays and during all weekend and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all hospital departments
  • Ensure seamless operations during non-traditional hours
  • Collaborate with staff to achieve hospital goals
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 4 years of clinical nursing experience, including 2 years in critical care
  • Valid, current Kentucky registered nurse license or compact agreement license
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
  • Additional years of clinical nursing experience in critical care
