Job Title: Calibration Technician

Goodyear is seeking a skilled Calibration Technician to join our team in Texarkana, AR. As a Calibration Technician, you will be responsible for calibrating and troubleshooting plant instrumentation and electronic equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calibrate and troubleshoot plant instrumentation and electronic equipment
  • Evaluate machine operations to identify and implement process improvements
  • Communicate work activity and status with Electrical Engineer
  • Establish a systematic calibration schedule for all plant instruments
Requirements:
  • High school diploma, GED, or Workforce Center's Career Readiness Certification (CRC) with a minimum of Silver Certificate level
  • 2 years of industrial technical experience or successful completion of an accredited apprenticeship program
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the US
Work Environment:

The job is located in a fast-paced, heavy industrial environment. You may be required to work in various areas of the factory, and the environmental conditions can be hot, cold, and noisy.
