Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Calibration Technician to join our team at Goodyear in Texarkana, AR. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing line technician services, routine inspections, and system diagnostics to ensure the highest level of vehicle quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform brake repairs, fluid exchanges, and preventative maintenance to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition.
  • Conduct wheel alignments and tire installations to ensure proper vehicle balance and safety.
  • Provide excellent guest service, including clear communication and feedback about vehicle issues.
  • Document all work performed on the repair order to maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in automotive repair or related field preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
