About the PositionThis is a full-time faculty position with a 12-month appointment. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in Speech-Language Pathology, with expertise in one or more of the following areas: voice disorders, neurogenic speech disorders, or motor speech. A PhD or EdD in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field is preferred, but applicants who are ABD are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities- Teach and mentor students in our Speech-Language Pathology Program
- Conduct research and publish scholarly work in the field of Speech-Language Pathology
- Develop and implement curriculum and assessment tools for our Speech-Language Pathology Program
- Collaborate with colleagues to advance the mission and goals of our Department of Speech-Language Pathology
- PhD or EdD in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
- Expertise in one or more of the following areas: voice disorders, neurogenic speech disorders, or motor speech
- Current ASHA Certification and eligibility for licensure as a speech-language pathologist in Pennsylvania
