- Grounding Knowledge: Demonstrate expertise in primary and secondary grounding techniques.
- Cover-Up Procedures: Understand and apply cover-up protocols effectively.
- MADD Awareness: Maintain knowledge of MADD (Minimum Approach Distance) to ensure safety compliance.
- PPE Proficiency: Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment among crew members.
- Training Identification: Recognize training needs and communicate them to the safety team and crew supervisors.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong working relationships with crew members to build trust and promote a culture of safety.
- Experience Sharing: Utilize personal experiences to highlight the importance of adhering to safety regulations and the impact of accidents on individuals and families.
This position does not require overnight travel, and mileage will be reimbursed for work-related travel.
