Job Summary

The Front of House Host will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests. This will involve:

  • Taking Reservations
  • Managing the Restaurant Seating Chart
  • Greeting Guests
  • Seating Guests
  • Providing Menus and Ensuring Guest Comfort
  • Assigning Guests to Servers
  • Maintaining the Restaurant Seating Chart
  • Adding Guests to Waitlists
  • Taking Drink Orders
  • Notifying Guests of Table Availability
  • Keeping the Host Station Organized
  • Assisting with Large Parties
  • Reporting Issues to Management
  • Attending Staff Meetings
  • Setting Up and Cleaning Up the Restaurant
  • Addressing Customer Concerns
