About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Adult Support Program Manager to join our team at Givens Great Laurels, an affordable senior housing rental community in Waynesville. As a key member of our Supportive Services team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing supportive services delivery to residents, determining individual client needs, and making appropriate referrals.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate supportive services delivery to residents">
  • Develop and implement programs to promote the well-being and independence of our residents">
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our residents and their families">
  • Collaborate with community partners to ensure residents' access to needed resources and services">
  • Complete comprehensive reports and ensure timely submission">

About You:

">

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Services or Human Services. The ideal candidate will have experience working with older adults, good understanding of conditions related to aging, cognitive decline, and mental health issues, and excellent computer proficiency with Microsoft Office SharePoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
