Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Paralegal to join our Global Tax Group. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Senior Tax Counsel and assist with special projects, including legal entity management and tax information reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior Tax Counsel on special projects and maintain legal entity charts
  • Assist with due diligence for legal entity rationalization and tax information reporting
  • Prepare and submit requests for legal entity name change, address change, and tax residency certificates
  • Support compensation and benefits tax special projects
  • Provide administrative support to the broader tax function

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-4 years of paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house corporate
  • Experience managing legal documents and projects
  • Exceptional business partnering and project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
