Responsibilities:

Provide technical expertise in Unified Communications (UC) and collaboration technologies.

Work closely with other team members to design, implement, and optimize UC solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, security specialists, and system architects.

Assess client needs, recommend architecture improvements, and ensure seamless communication across domains.

Specialize in UC technologies such as Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection, and Cisco Webex.

Supervise UC Engineers in O&M, Innovation, and special projects across the program, providing guidance on uniquely challenging issues in UC.

Assist in day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues, and maintain UC systems.

Work together to deliver reliable and efficient communication services.

Assist and advise UCEs, network engineers, and cyber security experts on voice and video communications solutions.

Advises on projects related to UC, video conferencing, instant messaging, and presence.

Ensure communication tools are integrated seamlessly and meet security requirements.

Expert in Unified communications, Collaboration design, Edge services, Endpoints and user management, Configuration, Troubleshooting, and Integration.

Focus on designing and optimizing network infrastructure across different security domains.

Address challenges related to data flow, security policies, and interoperability.

Cross-domain network architects work closely with UCEs to align UC solutions with overall network architecture.
