Responsibilities
  • Utilize your design expertise to assist clients in one-on-one consultations in-store and in-home to drive sales.
  • Perform productive in-home consultations, accurately measuring and assessing clients' living spaces.
  • Create and present design plans based on clients' needs, style, preferences, and living space.
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to achieve and exceed established sales and productivity goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including gift wrapping, gift registry, and special services.
Requirements
  • Strong communication, clienteling, and customer follow-up skills.
  • Ability to complete and coordinate complex large orders across various sales channels.
  • Experience in working with design elements preferred.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience, with specialty retail experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 lbs., while utilizing proper equipment and safety techniques.
Benefits

This role offers a competitive compensation package, including pay and benefits. Pay is based on factors such as education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The anticipated pay range for this role is $17.00-$23.00 per hour.
