Expectations:
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, where your adaptability is key. One moment you may be managing store operations, and the next, assisting in tire care or the restaurant.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Availability for flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A minimum of 2 years of management experience in retail, travel stops, or similar environments.
- Experience managing operations with annual sales exceeding $2 million.
- Proficiency in budgeting and understanding P&L statements.
- Experience supervising and training a team of 5-10 employees.
- A valid Driver's License.
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
