Job Title: Asset Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Manager to optimize property performance and drive business growth. As an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the workback calendar, developing and implementing annual strategic plans, and supporting the leasing process. If you have a strong background in commercial real estate, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for problem-solving, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and timely financial reports for Investor relations and Finance reviews.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Asset Management to develop and implement annual strategic plans for properties.
  • Assist in developing annual operating budgets, focusing on capital and leasing plans, and provide lease-up assumptions.
  • Support the leasing process by evaluating tenant prospects, collaborating on lease proposals, and drafting lease documents.
  • Participate in lease negotiations with increasing responsibility over time.
  • Ensure loan compliance, maintain loan summaries, and assist with extensions and refinancings.
  • Support asset dispositions through pricing analysis, marketing materials, due diligence, and closing.
  • Collaborate with the AI consulting team to enhance efficiencies in Investor reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years in commercial real estate asset management with a track record of increased responsibility.
  • Expertise in office and industrial assets, with advanced Microsoft Excel and Argus Enterprise skills.
  • Solid understanding of commercial real estate leasing, private equity, and investment risk.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; self-motivated and a strategic thinker.
