We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Lead to spearhead the expansion of our core business, craft innovative deal structures, and develop go-to-market strategies for our offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the founding team throughout the deal process as we bring our initial product to market, working through deal structure templates, joining initial calls, developing proposals, negotiating terms, and securing new business opportunities for Inductive
  • Develop and implement strategies to scale out Inductive's core product line
  • Design value propositions, business models, and go-to-market strategies for additional offerings that enable Inductive to amplify its impact and growth
  • Analyze market trends and identify potential new customer segments and opportunities

Who We're Looking For:

  • 10+ years of experience in biopharma business development, with hands-on deal experience
  • Strong scientific background, preferably in medicinal or computational chemistry
  • Interest in software, machine learning, and AI

Estimated Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 per annum
