POSITION: Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

At Holcim, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the reliability and availability of electrical, instrumentation, and automation equipment in our plant. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's/Undergraduate Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, along with experience in heavy industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement safety protocols for electrical maintenance personnel
  • Plan and schedule corrective and preventive maintenance actions to minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with mechanical and preventive maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Manage maintenance budgets and costs to optimize resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with company regulations and industry standards

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's/Undergraduate Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in heavy industry, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Knowledge of PLC systems, preferably Siemens and Allen Bradley
