POSITION SUMMARY:

Are you equipped to turn visionary concepts into actionable outcomes?

We are seeking a Vice President of Operations (VPO) who can strategically manage the implementation of significant initiatives. As a key partner to our CEO and management team, you will play a vital role in steering the firm's growth and ongoing success.

Your daily mission as VPO will involve establishing order, enhancing efficiency, and executing the firm's overarching vision. You will oversee daily operations, refine and enhance operational processes, and monitor growth strategies. Your leadership will be essential in cultivating a collaborative and empowered workplace.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Supervise daily operations, including the management of information systems, office services, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal functionality.

- Develop and implement effective systems and procedures; document these processes for clarity and ongoing improvement.

- Establish and achieve comprehensive performance objectives in collaboration with the team, ensuring accountability for agreed-upon goals.

- Engage in strategic planning with the CEO and coordinate closely with Finance, Sales, and Marketing departments to align objectives and strategies to meet financial targets and client retention goals.

- Enhance productivity and efficiency among billable staff and assist in executing additional business initiatives as directed by the CEO.

- Lead the recruitment, management, and development of staff, ensuring alignment with the firm's values and expanding practice areas.

- Implement the CEO's vision for transforming the firm into a client-centric organization, focusing on innovative growth strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Proven success in roles such as Integrator, General Manager, Vice President of Operations, or similar, with a strong record of effective leadership.

- Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing teams, with a talent for identifying and nurturing emerging talent.

- Ability to navigate between strategic vision and daily operational management, ensuring seamless transitions.

- Familiarity with data analysis and performance metrics (experience in a similar industry is advantageous but not mandatory).

- Proven execution mindset with a consistent history of holding team members accountable for results.

- Understanding of organizational culture and the ability to foster a positive work environment.

- Diverse experience across various business functions, including Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, and Sales, is highly valued.
