Responsabilités :


Collaborer avec des clients à fort potentiel, avec des revenus annuels variant de 100 000 à 5 millions de dollars, en identifiant leurs besoins, en développant des relations, en examinant leurs objectifs d'investissement et en préparant des recommandations d'investissement.

Exploiter la technologie pour atteindre les objectifs de croissance des affaires.
Évaluer les activités pour déterminer le profil d'investisseur d'un client et ses objectifs financiers.
Construire un portefeuille d'affaires durable.
Offrir des opportunités aux conseillers pour poursuivre une carrière au sein de la banque.
Se conformer aux exigences d'enregistrement de la loi SAFE.

Qualifications Requises :
Détention actuelle des licences Series 7 et 65 (en lieu et place de 66).
Deux ans d'expérience dans le secteur des services financiers et/ou un environnement de vente.
Minimum d'un an d'expérience dans le secteur des investissements.
Autonome, capable de gérer efficacement son temps et sa capacité.
Capacité à établir et à entretenir des relations solides.
Communication efficace et confiante.

Qualifications Souhaitées :
Capacité prouvée à collaborer et à promouvoir la génération de leads.
Compétences informatiques solides et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches dans un environnement exigeant.
Diplôme de licence, de préférence dans un domaine lié aux affaires.
