Position Overview:
As an Equipment Rental Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales through exceptional guest service, assisting customers with rental gear, and providing our guests with the equipment and services necessary for an unparalleled outdoor adventure.
Position Specifications:
- Housing: May Be Available
- Expected Pay Range: $20.00 / hour
- Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time and Part Time Hours available
- Skill Level: Entry
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding guest service at one of our retail locations.
- Assist guests in fitting rental equipment - training will be provided.
- Educate guests on the operation of rental gear, safety protocols, and their responsibilities regarding the equipment during the rental period.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold safety standards.
- May include additional tasks such as cashiering and retail sales.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of products and trends within the industry.
- Ability to stand and move in a dynamic, team-oriented environment for extended periods.
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
An Equipment Rental Specialist is a versatile team member who often engages in various departments and roles to support the cohesive resort experience, which may include:
- Mountain Activities
- Retail Rental Operations
- Food and Beverage Support
- Ticket Sales or Scanning
- Lift Operations
- Base Area Operations
The anticipated pay range is $20.00. This reflects the compensation we reasonably expect for this role. Individual compensation decisions are influenced by various factors.
