Staff Product Manager, Growth

Snap Inc. is a technology company that believes the camera presents the greatest opportunity to improve the way people live and communicate. We're looking for a Staff Product Manager, Growth, to join our Product team at Snap Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for high-impact growth product areas, including registration, activation, and onboarding.
- Build alignment across the company on the team's vision with leadership and executives, as well as cross-functional partners, including growth operations, carrier partnerships, finance, and more.
- Define goals and own performance against key business metrics for growth, and proactively drive accountability towards those goals.
- Evolve continuously, constantly identifying and sizing new opportunities to improve these features via data insights, user research, and design thinking.
- Drive the team's roadmaps and execution end-to-end, from planning processes to design to development and through launch, authoring excellent documentation and sharing insights and results throughout the company.
- Highly impact-focused, with a demonstrated history of leading teams to deliver concrete results.
- Detail-oriented leader who can dive deep into every project on the team's roadmap when needed.
- Outstanding communication skills and extremely comfortable conveying complex topics to a diverse array of stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate a complex product area and gain buy-in from executives.
- Extremely proactive with the ability to initiate and implement complex projects with minimal guidance.
- Ability to collaborate and build trust with engineers, designers, data science, and other cross-functional teammates.
- Ability to think creatively and approach problems with system-level thinking.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
- 8+ years of product management at a consumer or enterprise technology company.
- 2+ years of domain experience working on growth in a product management role.
- 5+ years of domain experience working on growth in a product management role.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis or financial planning at a consumer technology company.
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related fields.
- A passion for Snapchat.

CompensationIn the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position.
