Primary Care Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Primary Care Nurse to join our team at Swedish Health Services. As a Primary Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our patients.
Job Summary:The Primary Care Nurse will work under the direction of the Supervisor or Clinic Manager to provide basic patient care to assigned patients. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Responsibilities:- Provide basic patient care to assigned patients, including vital sign checks, medication administration, and wound care.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care, including physicians, nurses, and other support staff.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- One year of nursing experience in a clinic or acute care setting, or completion of a residency program.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
