Job Summary

This is a full-time hourly position scheduled from Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm. The role offers shift differential pay and overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate the tube machine to produce a completed tube.
  • Assemble tubes and inspect parts for quality.
  • Perform light maintenance on the machines and assist in training others on the tube machine.
  • Follow all work instructions and safety guidelines.
  • Assist in other areas of production as needed and qualified.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED with 1 year experience in manufacturing or a similar field.
  • Basic math skills and ability to pass a pre-employment math test.
  • Computer skills for looking up specs, job orders, and clocking in.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Willingness to learn new tasks and manual dexterity based on past experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Epicor, ADP software, or similar ERP systems.
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing.
Work Environment

This role requires domestic and international travel, which may include weekend travel depending on the project.
