Qualifications:

- Postgraduate degree in Business Administration or M.Tech is desirable.
- Relevant certifications in Quality Management, Statistical Tools, Operations Management, and Data Analytics are advantageous.

Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years in process planning within the automotive component manufacturing sector.

Additional Skills:

- Familiarity with various controllers and machine capabilities.
- Experience in assembly processes and knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts.
- Basic understanding of SAP and camera vision software programming.
