Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare a variety of food items, including sandwiches, salads, and other menu items, to order and in a timely manner.
- Service Line Preparation: Prepare the service line for operation as instructed by the Executive Chef and/or Management, ensuring that all items are garnished properly.
- Quality Control: Check the quality of food items, ensuring they meet our high standards of taste, appearance, and temperature. Report any substandard quality to the Executive Chef and/or Management.
- Customer Service: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, following our Hospitality Imperatives.
- Communication: Maintain an open line of communication with management, informing them of products and supplies needed.
- Teamwork: Assist fellow team members at every opportunity and perform any other duties as assigned by management.
The physical demands of this role include standing and/or walking for 100% of the time, occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs, and frequently lifting up to 10 lbs.
Compensation and BenefitsThe pay rate for this position is $15.25 per hour, with a one-dollar increase after 90 days. Eatn Park Hospitality Group provides equal employment opportunities to all team members and applicants for employment, prohibiting discrimination and harassment of any type.
