Your responsibilities will include administering medications, monitoring patients for side effects or reactions, documenting changes in patient conditions, and maintaining accurate records of patient care. You will also be responsible for discussing observations with supervisors and contributing to the development of patient care plans. Requirements
  • Currently Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in state of employment
  • Previous experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • First aid/CPR certification required
