Get a Vet Staffing is seeking an experienced and compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join our team at Thrive Pet Healthcare. As a key member of our veterinary community, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of cases and collaborate with a talented team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care and develop strong relationships with pet owners
- Work collaboratively with our veterinary team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient practice operations
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest veterinary techniques and best practices
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree required
- State Veterinary Board License and must be in good standing for the state in which they intend to be hired, before their start date
- Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible
- Paid time off including 8 weeks of full-pay parental leave, bereavement to grieve both humans and pets, and time off for new pet adoptions
