About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Social Worker Clinician to join our team at Menta Academy Iroquois. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing direct educational and social services to students, as well as collaborating with parents, educators, and other professionals to create supportive academic and social environments.

Responsibilities
  • Employ data-driven decision-making to inform multidisciplinary collaboration, functional behavior assessments, and behavioral approaches.
  • Develop and implement leadership strategies to support student success.
  • Design and implement positive behavioral and academic interventions.
  • Monitor and report student progress, completing evaluations and consulting with educational staff, parents, and other professionals.
Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in social work, counseling, or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • One of the following licenses/certifications: Certified School Social Worker (IL PEL Certificate), Certified School Counselor (IL PEL Certificate), MSW with LSW, LCSW, LCPC, LPC, LCP.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong consultative and data analysis abilities.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required.
