We are seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to join our team at Always Best Care Senior Services. As a caregiver with our company, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities or illnesses.

About the Role

We are hiring for multiple in-home caregiver positions in Louisville and surrounding areas. Our caregivers provide companionship, light housekeeping, cooking, medication reminders, pet care, transportation to and from appointments, shopping, and outings. We also offer advanced care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing, as well as transferring, turning, and incontinence care.

Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • At least one year of caregiving experience, including clinicals and caring for family
  • Reliable door-to-door transportation to various clients' homes
  • Pass Work Style Questionnaire and background check
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. and valid driver's license and auto insurance
