Role Overview

This role will work closely with multiple executives to provide exceptional administrative support, ensuring seamless communication and efficient execution of tasks. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between executives and key stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage complex calendars, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of results.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, manage itineraries, and process expense reports.
  • Prepare materials, distribute information, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and drive business success.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or project manager.
  • Expertise in Microsoft software, including Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • High degree of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
