Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to fill this role. The successful candidate will provide nursing care to patients in their homes, as prescribed by physicians and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies.
Duties and Responsibilities- Conduct initial and comprehensive nursing evaluations to determine primary focus of care and develop plan of care within state-specific guidelines
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care to meet patient needs
- Coordinate total plan of care with other healthcare professionals involved in patient care
- Ensure patients meet home health eligibility and medical necessity guidelines as defined by payer sources
- Current RN licensure in state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to dependable vehicle or public transportation
Our salary for this position is estimated at $64,900 per year, based on national averages for a registered nurse in Alabama. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including flexible scheduling, opportunities for career growth, and employee-focused wellness programs.
