Responsibilities and Requirements
We are seeking a qualified Adjunct Professor to teach courses in Physics and Engineering, including Systems, Engineering Thermodynamics, and other related subjects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach courses in-person on our Chicago campus
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and assessments
- Communicate effectively with students and faculty
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; ABD candidates will be considered
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Prior teaching experience at the college level
- Familiarity with learning management systems and technology
